Toonsy

va2ron1 (Imaginary Sense CTO, Victor Ortiz) is an active member of the iOS Jailbreak community. He’s published a tweak for iOS called Toonsy, which allows you to have animated icons on your iOS device. It’s compatible with iOS versions 11 and onwards.
